The Main Window shows information about the selected device. You can select the device you want in the list on the left hand side.
The default view for each device is the Index
page. Here you can find the system time, uptime (Running Time
) and MAC-address.
From this view you can jump to Operating System
pages and Firmware
pages
On the Operation System
page you can see current installed kernel version and system load information.
The menu on the top has now changed and you can jump to Process State
and Connection State
.
On Process State
page you can see which processes the core currently handles. For furter information contact DHD support.
On Connection State
page you can see which network connections the core currently handles. For furter information contact DHD support.
To read out the most important values and states of a DSP core, select the device in the list on the left-hand side and click on Firmware
in the main window.
The menu on the top has now changed and you can jump to License Information
, Serial Numbers
and Port State
.
Explanation of the shown values:
Value | Description |
---|---|
Version | The currently installed firmware version. |
Serial Number Device | In the devices of the Series 52, the Serial Number Device is stored on internal memory of the device. This serial number is used to create licenses for the respective device (if the microSD-card is not supported). If you want to purchase licenses later on, please send us this number. If your device has microSD card support this Serial Number Device is only used for creating the firmware license. (see Licensing) |
Serial Number <Communication Controller> | The serial number of the communication controller module. |
MAC-Address | The MAC address of the communication controller module. The first 3 bytes (00:0A:63) are always identical and indicate that it is a DHD device. |
Hour Meter | Operational hour meter of the controller module; 0 hours of operation on delivery. |
Firmware uptime | Current runtime since last start up. |
CyclTime | This value is an indication for the load of the firmware. Evaluation is only done on the part of DHD. |
Running as | Shows if a core is MASTER or SLAVE in an redundancy combination of 52/XD or 52/XD2 cores.Note Only relevant for 52/XD2 and 52/XD cores. |
Sync Module | Value is always “1”. |
System frequency | Currently used synchronisation frequency. |
Sync Source | Indicates which of the configured synchronisation sources is used at the moment. |
Core Temp | Operation temperature, measured on the communication controller module. |
(0.0.0.0) | This entry stands for an internal process, that is needed to create the following entries. |
<Controller Modules> | A list of all controllers that are connected to the communication controller (possible types: 52-4050, 52-4015 etc.). Next to the controller name you can find the serial number (RM420-851) or the IP address (52-4050, 52-4015). The controllers are listed in the order they have logged on. In the right-handed column you can find a 3 digit number that represents the module ID. On part of DHD this number can be translated to get information on the position of the controller in the system. Following the uptime, the currently installed firmware version on the controller and may be the last reset action (External Reset = device on, System Reset = manual restart of the operating software, Watchdog Reset = internally triggered restart, forced by the system) are listed. |
TDC | Internal Values. |
Mn BLevelsCntInact/CON/TFT | Brightness Levels of all 4 possible Mixers, shown with 4 Access Groups and 3 parameters per Access Group: Inactivity Counter Value/Console Brightness Value/TFT Brightness Value. Possible parameter values: 0=off, 1=dimmed, 2=standard, 3=maximum |
Additionally other information can be listed here (e.g., powerfail).
On License Information
page you can view all information about your licenses.
Value | Description |
---|---|
Serial Number Hardware | This serial number is used to create firmware licenses for the respective device on the part of DHD. If you want to purchase licenses for devices without microSD cards later on, please send us this number. |
Firmware License | When receiving the firmware license code after full payment of the order, you have to enter the firmware license to avoid, that the device resets each hour after 800 hours device operation |
Hour Meter | Operational hour meter of the controller module; 0 hours of operation on delivery. Value for Firmware License. |
Serial Number Software | Serial Number of Device. On Devices with microSD card, this is the serial number of the microSD card. This serial number is used to create software licenses for the respective device on the part of DHD. If you want to purchase licenses later on, please give this number to us. |
52-… | Licenses assigned to the device and their validity information are shown here. |
Important
With invalid Firmware License:
• After 600h of operation consoles connected to your cores will start flashing yellow and TFT's will show a warning.
• After 800h of operation the maximum time is reached. Devices will reset themself every hour now until valid license is entered.
This pages shows an overview of serial number belonging to this devices. This includes, the microSD card, the DSP core, DSP card and TFT displays.
This page will be used for DHD internal processes only.
Here you can see the state and health of every port on your selected device.
